The building
The Munich-based architect’s office Car and Partners is responsible for the attractive architecture of the whole ensemble. The building is equipped with outstanding fittings such as a granite façade in the arcade area.
Basic information
The corner location which is 960 m² in size is situated in the quarter “Mitte” in the city of Leipzig and can easily be reached by bus and tramway.
Approx. 359 m² of exhibition and sales area has been created on the ground floor. The shop windows are directed to a sophisticatedly designed arcade. The 3,000 m² areas on the 1st to 4th floors and the top storey are used as offices.
